Further Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Property layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Furthermore included in this latest document release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling distinct sections of the estate.

In addition to this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including layouts for dock shelters.

Further materials made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
